These bullets have been out a while. Hopefully some guys here can share the loads the have worked well.

Bolt/Gas
Cartridge
Powder
Charge
Velocity
ES/SD

All of the usual guidelines apply. Every gun is different. Start low, and work up. Et cetera.

Thanks in advance.

In my 308 26” bolt gun I like 40.7grs of AR Comp in a heavy case @ 2.933” coal (.060” off) with a FC210. Velocity is 2700-2730 depending on brass and ES is in the teens. It shoots under half moa. I also tried Varget but 5he ES was in 5he 30’s.

My 16” 6.5cm Tikka loves 43.2 gr of Varget and whatever the recommended COL. Single digit SD and ES under 10. 3180fps

Working on doing a 25” SJA 6.5cm load now.

I was able to compare a couple loads in a couple uppers with different barrel lengths.

20” Odin Works barrel
Avg: 2474; sd: 14.9
Load1: 30.2 CFE 223 and 100 ELD-VT

Avg: 2403; sd: 17.2
Load2: 27.0 AR Comp and 123 SMK

24” Lilja barrel
Avg: 2526; sd: 23.4
Load1: 30.2 CFE 223 and 100 ELD-VT

Avg: 2452; sd: 7.5
Load2: 27.0 AR Comp and 123 SMK 24"

Yote load
223 wylde that was throated for 85.5 bergers.
62 ELD-VT
0.010” off the lands.
25.5gn N-135
Average FPS 3277
SD: idk but it hit a yote at 897 something yards.
What’s your coal with that chamber ? And what’s your barrel length ?

Make sense. I have a 223 at the smith being throated for the 80.5 at 2.495in.
It’s a 20in and I was hoping to load to about 3175-3200fps which looks reasonable compared to your numbers.

I think 3,100 maybe reasonable with a 20” just going off the standard of 20-25 FPS per inch of barrel. I’m right under pressure at 3277 and a 26” barrel.
