*looks up law* Nope nothing there says anything about it being illegal to snort, or talk shit to a LEO on the job. When I was at PLDC many many years back, I was called by P6 saying she as being harrassed by a cop slow rolling and staring at her.(she waved to a guy who was participating in a cop tryna sell drugs to another guy at a store buying snacks with the kid, BEING NICE) I got pissed, went to my CO and WE called the department and were told this would cease and desist. It did not. I got called every damn day. When I got home, I was fucking livid when the fuckstick did it AS I WAS getting out of the car after a long ass flight IN UNIFORM, so I flipped him the bird. He did a speed U, and came roaring back jumped out talking shit. I was seriously going to fuck him up and told him so. I told him to take his punk ass and call his sergeant before he got hit. Now I'm going on hours without sleep, so I am furious and only getting worse. The sergeant and a deputy chief show up. I'm on my property he's on his side. The deputy tells the SGT that we had already filed a complaint for harassment with the wife while I was at my leadership school. The SGT told the guy to leave before he let me beat his ass. We spoke after that. Letting the guys know what happened during their failed attempt to sway a guy to buy drugs from a under. P6 was just being nice and waved to a guy who looked at her and the kid. no reason for any harassment.
Me to cops: grow some thicker skin and just do your job. If some fuckstick wants to try and goad you, be the better man and just walk. If they persist, it becomes harassment or some other issue where yes, go ahead, clink the fucker up but make sure you have the law you are arresting them for and that your prosecuter can make the case.
