Pig 0311tripod issues

I know its not the pinacle of greatness but i have only used it twice in a field setting and know near been abused.
Just casual set up and goofing off but i atempted to set up in the garage tonite and when attempting to extend the legs bits and pieces went flying this way and that and from the time i bought it have heard loose pieces floating around inside the legs.
Anyone have similar issues and what course of action should i take ?

I’ve used the same tripod for several years and zero issues.

I dont think the manufactirer is active on here so may need ro reach out to them, but i dont think China or Vietnam gives a rats dick about it it.

Mine did the same, contacted them and shipped it out. Had it back quickly and never an issue again after a few years.

I had the same thing happen when it was brand new. I extended the legs a little quick and one went to crap.

I gave them a call and they shipped out a new set and it's been working great for about 3 years and I haven't been particularly delicate with it.

I had that happen on mine. Sent them an email they got back to me next day and sent me a repair kit along with a video link on how to do it... it was super easy.
