Midway is only allowing orders of two max. Botach will allow you to order as many as you want, but who know what orders will get filled tomorrow when they come in...

Hate to even admit it.

I didn't go freak out and buy anything after the election, but I did go buy up some mags yesterday. My LGS was busier than I've ever seen it.

They are out there...just SLOW DOWN, breathe, and calmly look around.

That said...prices are already climbing on mags at least at various places I've seen online and locally. The closest Cabelas to me had their PMAGs (standard, Gen II, non-windowed, 30-round mags) for $19 (regular price there is $14.99 which is still somewhat high). Looks like their online prices are still at that level though (and they are in stock if you get too desperate).

As for online sources...check with some of the Hide vendors before you stray too far in your search. Several different folks here have had PMAGs in different flavors for sale over the last month or so at competitive prices.

Dog you are part of the problem. I found them on several sites. Just look a little. I have all the p mags I need and have for a long time. Panic buying is for women at the mall not men in gun stores.

I bet their are more hi cap mags than guns.Take a breath and slow down.Keep in mind that springs for mags are more important than the mag it self.

There was a shortage for a while, I believe it was because Magpul stopped making Pmags until their new model, the M3, was ready. The M3 is now out but is being scooped up quickly.

There are many suppliers with the M2 in stock right now.

Not that I've seen anywhere. I'm on the "we'll e-mail you when they are back in stock" list at several places and none have arrived yet to my knowledge. Based on this thread I just found in Larue's Industry Section at BARFCOM, I'd say that they are definitely OUT OF STOCK and not expected until after the 1st of the year:

Either way, depending on how many they receive and how many have been ordered ahead of you, you may still get yours well before many others.

Lets just hope Washington does what Washington does best and gets locked in gridlock and gets nothing done.

Once I get my first batch I'll probably order some more. Maybe some 20rd PMAGS for my 20" A2 build.

I am not a panic-buyer by nature, and in fact have called folks who were panic buying after the election (both 2012 and 2008) fools.

That said, after Obama's comments during the Newtown Memorial tonight and seeing this thread, I picked up a couple 20rd P-Mags for my AR. Only had one and have been meaning to get more...might as well do it now.

Wether it was a laying the groundwork speech or just part of his speech with no reference of things to come it sure as anything scared the shit out of me. It was on AFN via CNN tonight as I watched if for the first time. Chilled my blood seeing how he said that.

True...if we're lucky. If not, they'll either: a) not be available PERIOD; or b) be available but only at ridiculously overinflated prices. I personally don't need any at this point, but I remember what it was like in '94 and the days leading up to the AWB and during the ban...I for one don't want to see anyone left in those lurches again if ti can be avoided. Frankly, if you've waited until now to stock up...you are already behind the 8-ball.

Brother, the gun industry right now can be running 24-7 for who knows how long to try and catch up. If their are going to be things you need.....now is a good time to get them. With all the shit hittin the fan, bullets, powder, primers and cases is all i am going to buy.

I grabbed a few yesterday. I've been wanting a few different colors and I found a good deal.

I guess the recent craziness was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

At least I didn't overpay.

F#%k cheaper than dirt!!!
They've jacked their non windowed Pmags to $30 today!
And their ammo is up by 25% from yesterday.

Cheaper than dirt has about the same accuracy as military intelligence.

Probably the only items that would be banned are AR's and mags over 10 rounds. I doubt that reloading supplies will be affected, except through panic buying.

I got my order of new windowed m2 magpuls in about a week ago. Lewis Arms has them in stock last I checked. And Ward is top notch to talk to. The fact that he's out of the town I'm moving to next month is a plus! He had ad in the for sale section somewhere. Just search Lewis arms co and it'll pop up
