So, over 4 months ago I ordered two POF .223 uppers with the new 11T rail system. At the time I was told it would be delivered between 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went and I was told it would be there in 2 more weeks. Well guess what that also came and went? So, then they said after 6 weeks of waiting for something that was paid in full, that they were now telling their customers that it would be 12 weeks for new orders. Now as of 15 weeks from my order date, they still cannot give a date as to when I would receive or at least be able to expect my merchandise that I have paid in full for. So my question to POF is what kind of operation do you run? If you truly manufacture your own products as Chris told me, how can you not even know what and when you are going to be able to fulfill your commitments as a production facility? If I ran my manufacturing site the way POF does, we would not be in business. What’s worse is that Chris who is Frank’s brother (I.E the Owner) has no idea when they are going to be able to ship the items that they supposedly produce at their facility and to top that off he is rude as hell. After 15 weeks of waiting and not even complaining or bugging them you are given nothing but attitude when you ask legitimate questions. I have never shot, handled or even seen a POF system in person but decided to spend the money and purchase two systems from them that I am now regretting. You would think that as much as they talk about quality that their customer service and appreciation would be the same. Well I was extremely mistaken! If you are considering POF, I would encourage you to really think about it as there are many manufactures with well proven track records and Great Customer Service! Well, maybe POF would be willing to explain there ideology on customer service via this forum, or maybe refund my money that I paid on the lowers, FFL fee’s and the upper’s so that I can purchase a Noveske or LaRue setup? If not just send me my uppers!!!
