Canceling China would cause a shockwave of a cluster fuck to a large # of industries here in the U.S. it's unfortunate but a significant portion of raw materials come from China.

Have any of you guys read the book "The Kill Chain" by Christian Brose? I can't say I recommend it, but it does point out, using very specific operational details, the military challenge of defending ROC from a determined PRC. It is terribly depressing to read: all of 7th Fleet ships sunk in the first 30 minutes, the remaining CSGs wouldn't even steam into the 2000 mile radius around the island for fear of the rain of super PLA cruise missiles, the USMC wouldn't make it off the beaches, etc.
