Rifle Scopes Poll....need recommendation...Bushnell LRTS 4-18 or Sightron SIIISS624

i have had both and i currently use a bushnell 4.5x18x44 ltrsi on my ACR DMR. in my personal opinion its a league above the sightron. I actually like the bushnell more then the nightforce nxs series. But the sightron does have that advantage of magnification.

I’d go Bushnell. To me, they’re one of the best values out there in almost any price bracket. That doesn’t mean they compete directly with a TT or ZCO, etc., but for what you pay, you get one helluva return.
With the call in special we are running on the LRTS 4.5-18x44's at the moment you really can't go wrong going Bushnell. Give a call to discuss it

I do own and use both of those exact scopes. If you are calling the Sightron scope junk then it it obvious that you have never used one.
LRTS 4.5-18 came in today from Doug. Great scope for the price. The FDE non illum model is more of a bronze color, really nice.
I have a 4-18 LRTSI that I am very happy with. Not planning on getting rid of ot. For the money its tough to beat
Ok, I don’t know how to do a poll.....but it does look like the Bushnell would be the recommendation. I do like the sIIISs624 reticle but Doug’s offer is a hell of a deal.....now to decide what rings/ mount. My existing setup are seekins. Thanks for the responses.
Seekins are great rings, so if they work out to being the proper height for you and your setup, run ‘em! That’s most of what I’m using at the moment.

I've been using sightron scopes for 20 years now. They've held up great. I've seen a couple with issues, but they were over 10 years old and beat to hell before they failed. Warranty was taken care of.
What exactly makes them so horrible?
I have the 6-24 FFP Sightron and the scope is a good deal at the street price especially if it’s not like mine that didn’t have the zero stop. They are a sleeper for sure. Glass wise which is subjective is better than my pst2 ares, and XTR 2. The 5mil rotation sucks but I don’t have It on a rifle I typically take that far out. The sale going on right now is a steal imo. Over on LRH.com they have a cult following.

There are some really good aftermarket turrets with white lettering for $65 if I recall.
