Armed citizens in all communities need to arrange ad-hoc town meetings with fellow armed neighbors and establish committees of vigilance. When disaster strikes, people should turn to their local committees of vigilance first. Grassroots, base level initial response apparatus made up of people already on scene and lives there and know the situation intimately and can assemble squads and teams of fellow people to work together to ensure that any armed threats are contained, vulnerable neighbors receive essential supplies and medications, and if the need to bug out or evacuate occurs, everybody leaves and families are intact. A non celltower comms network is essential in case cell service shuts down. Handheld radios. Signaling codes through the use of aerial flares, etc... A committee of vigilance in Lahaina for example, would be able to instantly summon a fellow member who owns a truck, dozer, or similar heavy piece of equipment and ram or manipulate the barricade out of the way.
For 2A Sanctuaries, the first level of base level response will be the Committee of Mutual Defense and the local sheriff whose team can organize, deputize, and mobilize as they see fit. They will be in constant contact with armed citizens via radio. For non-sanctuary and hostile leftist places, the neighborhood or county Committee of Vigilance would be enacted in case of any major calamity. These groups would then communicate with other groups in surrounding neighborhoods, and their nearest 2A Sanctuary area if they need assistance or are encountering hostile action from local LE whose behavior may cause further loss of life. In the case of a calamity, all committees of vigilance in the affected area must be linked up and communicating with each other to offer mutual aid if one sector especially needs help or more manpower. Resources can be moved around this way. Any entities from any level that try to enact restrictions, block roads, or in any case hinder the efforts to resupply vulnerable people or evacuate would be regarded as enemy combatants on an active battlefield and appropriate measures taken.

People, worldwide, have no idea of what they are consuming. Reading the contents label on the back of a food package really does not tell the full story. As inflation takes hold and prices increase "components" of processed foods are being cheapened / substituted slowly so most never notice a difference. Just look at the cooking oils used today.
