I'm not a Nikki fan so this is just an observation. I have only watched a few short clips of her speeches.
In a way reminds me of a southern fire and brim stone preacher.
I have never seen where she "brings it to the people"... Small venue, slow down, sit down, look people in the eye, speak softly and do 90% listening and 10% talking....

I enjoy watching Margret Hoover (The Firing Line).... She is smart, a good listener and gives other's a chance to get their point over without feeling rushed.

There is a complete nutter running around in Council Bluffs, Iowa right now. Not gonna start a separate B.O.L.O. thread because everybody there already knows about him. Council Bluffs Police, Union Pacific Police, etc. Very well known. Any of our members who work on the Union Pacific Railroad probably heard stories about him flowing down the vernacular. Already been arrested 4+ times and multiple videos on Youtube have been taken down where he yells threats at the train crews to shoot up the locomotives or harm the crews' families. Bruh, I hope you are being sarcastic, right? "Train guys" have to directly follow every single instruction given to them by the tower, interlocking, or yardmaster. A train cannot even move without certain stop arms and other devices along the tracks lowered or locked into certain positions. Even a few feet of movement requires a request and an acknowledgement from the control center. And if a train that is already in motion and not supposed to stop makes a stop for any reason, the incident must be logged and it would be investigated by the railroad. The locomotives also log all engine controls, brake use, power notch shifts, etc, in their onboard black boxes. Council Bluffs is located between two UP yards and the tracks going down 7th Avenue are the 'leads' where extra long or fully assembled trains that cannot fit in the yard are parked before they receive trip instructions. And the horns are required by federal law for passing every marked crossing, even forest trails with no cross arms or lights. Especially street running trains in some towns where the rails are flush with the road, the horn must be sounded every amount of feet traveled. The road crews do not have discretion on where to park or idle their locomotives. Everything they want/need to do must be radioed in.
