There is an easier solution.
Simply garnish ALL monetary transfers to Mexico from ANYONE for ANYTHING to cover the full cost of all services rendered to people who crossed into our country through Mexico.
That would put a stop to Illegal immigration so fast it would be crazy.
No bloodshed needed.

The structure of our society has changed. Long ago, the Dad carried a weapon to protect his wife and children. That was his "job", Laws of Nature.
There have always been dangers to children, all the way back to Cain and Able.
We are all constantly adapting to the changes here in America. Protecting a child, in these conditions, is a challenge.
