Can someone with some general knowledge of how missiles like this work chime in? Are these fire and forget? Or, as I have read about (potentially used) US missiles - they require active guidance by a trained soldier while in flight.

But I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, I would be 95+% it's our guys setting the course of these, just like it's more likely that our pilots are flying the F-16s in Ukraine. This judge basically has the same political activism as SCOTUS Justice Ketanji Jackson Brown! Remember, conservatives did not want to approve her specifically because of her leniency on pedophiles, there really wasn't anything that could have legally be done to prevent her being installed.
We need to boost security (real PSD) for all of our SCOTUS justices, especially Clarence. I have a sinking feeling they're going to try to take him out, like they took out Antonin Scalia.
