Kidd, a federal magistrate judge with a controversial record, now holds a lifetime appointment to the appeals court overseeing Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
Republican senators faced criticism for failing to prevent this appointment, with several notable absences during the vote.

The entire department of education was created and a critical component to uniformly fulfill radical left's Marxist/communists agenda and transform our constitutional republic into a totalitarian police state to indoctrinate the youth. Linda McMahon, who has had leadership at America First Policy, is a great choice to take over the Department of Education prior to its implosion. I'm sure current administrations Department of Education is working to either destroy all their documents or tmore likely transferring everything to their secure locations to function as a shadow Department to be brought back in when they regain power, which they still obviously aren't giving up!
Oh and we need an explanation for their weapon and ammunition budget of several million. Be excusable if teachers are being trained to protect the classrooms, but we know that's not what's happening with this funding.
