Furlough all the government employees, especially those that received pardons, suspend any financial aid to any state/city that has announced the intention of fighting ICE detainers or deportations, cut financial aid to states or cities led by incompetent officials, cut funding to any department that has actively sought to undermine the incoming administration, financial aid to any states that have senators or representatives seeking to undermine appointments, mine included, defund any DEI heavy office, cut Bidens diaper budget
The amount of money saved alone would probably run the govt until Wednesday
