I believe some where under the impression that they were 'meeting' high powered people that would 'help' their careers as a model/whatever they were aspiring to become.
Well, they met the 'powerful' people, and most learned they were lied to.

right that mandatory "education" is abominable-shouldn't exist. we all know it is just forced indoctrination with a dessert of perversion added on lately. as far as that goes,i personally don't give a shit if someone else's kids eat ever. that's one of the reasons parents exist for. as the compulsory school attendance,is not likely to go away the school lunch issue has meaning. but,fuck no,to providing free meals 2-3x/day year round. the same applies to school buses. if you want your spawn to go to free gov indoctrination classes,the get your fat ass out of the trailer ,put them in your $70K truck and take them. of course,since public schools shouldn't exist,school buses and school lunches should be a non issue. but then about 80% of the armed robbery in the form of county prop taxes couldn't be justified.
An educated population is a good thing, but the problem here is kids are not being educated.
As I said, I believe education is important and I believe proper nutrition is important to kids being able to focus. If things get better then I’ll fund a free lunch program for middle-elementary school. If not, then I’ll put the money elsewhere.
Zero property taxes will go down for anyone if I fund a school lunch program, lol. The school system will probably buy 3 new electric buses with the savings, but no chargers so they’ll just sit on the lot.

other good points-the amount of money extorted to support "school sports" while meaning phs ed is a dead dog in most schools. as an aside,IMHO anything using a "ball" is game,not a sport. don't even think about the millions that are thrown at college "sports" in the form of stadiums,"scholarships",advertising,coaches salaries,etc.
and then you have professional sports,which the taxpayers support in the form of college level farm teams. then the millions of tax $ spent helping billionaire owners build their colosseums.

i do believe that there might be a less incendiary way to deal with them. 1st absolute control of the southern border with barbed wire,watch towers,free fire zones,active and passive surveillance. nothing lives that tries to cross it without through inspection. yes,inspector corruption would be an issue. it is now. there was a Napolitano vid with Col. Macgregor advocating using a full reg mil commitment to protect the border. we did against Pancho Villa and doing it again makes perfect sense. better than protecting Europe from the "evil Putin".
