Pentagon deploys Navy destroyer for border protection

The USS Gravely, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer most recently deployed to the Middle East, departed Virginia on Saturday on its new mission to operate in U.S. and international waters, according to the Pentagon.

This is a name with strength.

There was a garden tractor many years ago with that name. I stood in the back seat of a 1951 Packard driven by Mom looking out the rear window at Dad roading it home when he bought it used. Dad wouldn't let me use it until I was about 8 or so, and then only for mowing. Couldn't use the rotary plow until almost 12. Dad kept 4 pistons on the shelf in coffee cans, a 0, 20, 40, and a 60. Then he would buy a new cylinder, put it on and start over. My brother still has it.

The name is still out there in the garden tractor/mower world. But they aren't the same in my mind. Those old ones did everything with the available attachments. 4 bolts to hook anything to the front. The new ones units are way more job specific.

The one shown is little newer than the one I used, but you get the idea. If this destroyer lives up to it's name our Navy will have a good piece of equipment.

Bet there are a couple of other old farts that also remember these.

Thank you,
MrSmith

This is also what happens when a bank makes a loan. They don't give out cash, they credit the customer's account. Poof! Money out of thin air!

same thing when your dad blows a dude.. bam, money out of thin air.
Banks have a balance sheet.

"You may think that government computers all talk to each other, they all synchronize, they add up what funds are going somewhere and its coherent and that the numbers you're presented as a Senator are actually the real numbers. They're not,' he said.
'They just send money out of nothing,' alleging that they fabricate payments and send them worldwide."

the fact is that the lives of 10k or 100k of these subhumans (yes untermensch) are not worth this young girl's life. their presence here might make one understand "ordinary men" better and the willingness to deal with them. the "rule of law' is simply not capable of dealing with them. if we don't stop using kid gloves to deal with them we are likely doomed like western Europe.
thankfully we don’t get crucified for shooting them or talking bad about them like Europe

Who is to say Elon isn't having these vehicles destroyed. The cars are not selling and the insurance money pays for the cars on the lots. Sounds like a win win for him.

BTW, I know he's not destroying his cars. Stupid idiots who think they are hurting him by destroying the Teslas are funny to me.

Trying to compare criminals with Japanese Americans. It shows the education level of their "target audience."
cbs didn't want to miss out, so they picked the irish to compare them to...

the EU was always a set up for exactly what is happening there. this is the 1st i have heard someone make the obvious thought to abolish it. NATO needs to go too. the free trade thing with Canada and Mexico had me worried that some Soros funded commie, like the Kenyan, would try the same thing here. ie give up US sovereignty and make a "union" with guess who in charge.
