The city loves to throw there weight around and use there power to enforce rules to keep a lot of things from happening over there , I could list a lot of examples . Everything from you can't put up a banner advertising your Easter service without a permit or if you want us to give you the permits to finish your youth building that you've been waiting on for 2 yrs , then we're gonna need some favors . Stuff like that!
