Whatever you do, don't quit. Make them fire you. I believe you will have a case against your employer if they do release you. If they haven't fired others for not getting a flu vaccine in the past, then I don't see how they have standing for firing you because you won't get the Covid vaccine.
I'm not a lawyer, but unless they have had an inoculation policy for all other vaccines, I don't see how things can change just for the Covid virus.

Well thanks sir. I don't really have any family; so I'm not that concerned about them. That said, I am terribly concerned about myself (I'm greedy, I value my life). I may try the religious exemption or medical (I think I have a good reason for that one, but getting any doctor to sign off on that is like finding a "Squatch" in the flesh). So, I'll just let them fire me.
The thing that really pisses me off is that I work from home!!!!!!!!!!! I've been into the office < 6 times in 18 months. All but 2x was when nobody else was in the office.

This advice is going to vary state-by-state, but in "at will" states, your employer can fire you for any reason at all. You might be able to collect unemployment benefits if you were fired without cause, but that's about as far as your rights go after being walked out the door. Do what you think you need to do, but if this situation appear inevitable, it might be better to separate on your own terms than to wait for the axe to fall.
There is this little pesky law concerning HIPAA. They will violate his HIPPA rights if he has to prove he has been inoculated against a certain virus or disease.

i am not certain this accounts for voting day registrations where that was allowed, but it would be a lot.
There is already proof from ballot scans images that GA, Fulton county was double/triple scanning piles of fake ballots for Biden. I recall some bullshit that the judge is allowing additional time for something.. but the evidence is all there.
in AZ, they found tons of dupe (copied) ballots, some with different serial numbers, and then many without any numbers at all.
It's a nice theory, but employers are generally not prohibited by HIPAA from requesting or acquiring this data. Your medical provider (who *is* covered by HIPAA) cannot disclose this information to your employer without your permission, but that's a different matter.
The best legal recourse may be along the line of claiming that you have a medical reason which prohibits you from receiving the vaccine, and that this medical reason is also a disability covered by ADA. The employer would also need to apply the policy uniformly; firing some but not all unvaccinated employees would likely create a legal issue.
Once again, this generally varies by state, but workers don't have a lot of legal rights by which to keep their jobs.
No way I am getting vaccinated! I don't care what my job pays, how good it is or isn't, and at this point I don't even care if the vaccine works or not. Having said that, if someone(s) wants to take my livelihood because I won't inject myself with a vaccine I don't want, then I am going to take their livelihood! I am prepared to what needs done to live in a free country! Our forefathers made a hell of a lot more sacrifices for us than a job, nice car, house, boat, whatever!
