I agree with almost everything here; except for one thing. I don't believe there are any "traditional liberals" around.

Sure there are. I know there are plenty of full communists or at least those who will go along but there are plenty of socially liberal people who are pro individual freedom.

Show me one agency that's not corrupted and maybe I would change my mind.

As fed agencies (the agency as the entity in question) I agree, as individuals who realize they may have much more ability to help from their current employment or service, I disagree. On a more local level, at least here, the local government are among the best allies. I know it is different based on location but wouldn’t dismiss every one if a good prior relationship proves them solid. Plenty of history bears this out, people who are able to maintain their positions from the inside while aiding Liberty on the outside have been pivotal.
