man, we've lost so many medical techs because of the clotshot mandates that i am working on a system that can run multiple scanning stations at different locations, so one tech can do the job of several at the same time.

I've posted this already but......not one single adult American has been forcibly vaccinated. They've been shamed, scorned, bullied and financial leveraged but NO ONE has been restrained and jabbed. Many make excuses that they had to....but no....you chose it. So suffer your problems for your choices. (No intent to shame anyone here if they made that choice) Me and mine made our choice and will live happily with it. On the trial I was on in Florida, nobody thought having heard the evidence we could convict him with a crime; because he left before the beating took place. However, he is the one who set it up, benefited financially, and walked to the crime scene with his gang - then walked back (during the beating) to the location from where he organized it, pointed out the victim. By Florida law, he was guilty of the crime. And...he's in Stark I assume for the next 30 years. Deserved everything. His posse beat a disabled person. He personally tried to kill a LE (separate charge we found out AFTER the trial and sentencing).
So, there may have been something in the law that allowed village idiot who videotaped it to be charged with same crime. I understand the father getting charged as he was in the vehicle and drove his boy to the scene. That is, by all my understanding, murder - even though he didn't pull the trigger. He was an active participant in what went down. Village idiot, I don't know how much he was involved with it...did they say "dude, video tape this shit so we can show what went down." If so, he's guilty most likely by wording of the law, and I'd argue he should be charged if he had pre-knowledge of what was going to go down (maybe they proved that). Then Arbury charged the guy. Why he did, we'll never know. Easy to be armchair quarterback on that one.
Was Arbury a great guy? Who knows, probably not? But what I do know is from the appearance given in the video they literally took the law into their own hands. One also has to ask themselves....hmmm, he's not carrying anything, the house is under construction, do I chase the guy down, basically run him out like a dog does game? Then why initiate the situation where the gun is even involved - their life was not in danger until they instigated it and Arbury may have been in total panic having a shotgun drawn on him and reacted in an opposite reaction to what "we" deem normal. A bit like a CHL holder going up to somebody and punching them to piss them off, then claiming he shot the guy in self defense. Finally did this guy deserve to die for what amounted to most likely trivial trespassing?
Now, had this been at night, and he'd broken in to THEIR house with them in the house or pulling in as it happened, the situation is a bit different though may not chasing him down the street for a few blocks.
