Just like all his other policies and executive actions he’s taken, and like the article states, he doesn’t care if the Supreme Court over rules him. By the time it makes it way all the way through and to even be heard, let alone ruled upon, the damage will already have been done… We’re fucked!!!

Crypto is defended and championed by those who have invested in it.

Governments already have control of the internet, which is the only way to access crypto.

It's an illusion to think the gov't can't make one's crypto inaccessible and therefore worthless.
I have thought this too. I have no idea if this is a false conclusion on my part or not.

That isn't completely true. People have been using monero off the books for quite a while. I would consider it more like high tech bartering. Monero and privacy coins may be an access point to trading while cutting the banks and governments out.

I saw one too many photos of the suffering in the Ukraine. It was too much for me.

Desperately wanting to do something, I called the Ukrainian Consulate last night.

The heavily accented voice on the other end thanked me enthusiastically and profusely for volunteering to fight for his country's freedom. His gratitude was almost non-stop!

I had to interrupt his exuberance to tell him that it wasn't me volunteering.

"Why," he demanded, "did you call?"

I asked him how I could send my ex-wife over there.

He got very angry with me. He explained that, "the Ukrainian people will fight to the bitter end!"

Yelling at me he stated that, "no matter how desperate and badly the war could go, under no circumstances would the Ukrainian people ever help you commit a war crime!"
