It's been a thing for awhile, at least for food.
But, racism is the claim.

US authorities have launched investigations into the deaths of at least nine infants since early 2021, all of whom had allegedly consumed Abbott Nutrition baby formula before becoming ill and eventually passing away, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) revealed.
Until recently, the FDA had only acknowledged two fatal cases, and two more where infants had fallen ill after ingesting the formula manufactured at an Abbott Nutrition plant in Sturgis, Michigan.
The watchdog believes the formula may have been contaminated with the cronobacter sakazakii bacterium."

After shutting down Abbott, it was determined that the contaminants found in the baby formula plant were NOT the same bacterias that killed the two kids and hospitalized two others. It was prudent to initially shut it down when you had 4 sick kids, but once they KNEW the formula wasn't the cause they should have opened up the plants (literally within one month of shut down).

Stoltenberg said that the West was willing to “pay a price” to strengthen the Ukrainian military, Kiev will have to make some territorial concessions to Moscow in order to end the current conflict.
The secretary general did not directly endorse the ceding of Ukrainian territory, but he did bring up the example of Finland, which gave up Karelia to the Soviet Union as part of a peace deal during the Second World War.
