And here lies the problem with our uni-party system. With only two options we end up holding our nose and voting for the least repulsive. Trying to get an independent elected fails because we just split the vote for the R nominee. I still say....sink the ship, drown the rats and salvage what's left. I hate the "lesser of two evils" as much as the next guy BUT at some point we have to be a little smarter than digging in a refusing to do anything. The system is headed for collapse as it is and I had rather it collapse elsewhere first.
