The second thing you posted refers to a bill that encourages masks, not mandates. The third you posted reiterates the first. There was no state mandate to wear a mask, only local powers to enact requirements, as it should be.

It’s an interesting article. It’s not just gas powered cars that will be denied but electric too if they get their way. They have known all along that current technology and infrastructure cannot support what oil can. Going green has never been the goal. Reducing everyone to serfdom, however, is the plan. Communism repackaged poorly. The renting of cell phones is ominous. As much as they want to use cell phones to track virus outbreaks, use for purchases etc it would seem that a denial of rental would be the equivalent of being ostracized to outcast status.
