The position indicates that Rosen has legal responsibility over the management of the trust and its accounts, which in 2022 held up to $14.6 million worth of underlying assets, according to her financial disclosure that year.

Rosen’s stock holdings through her family trust have opened her up to charges of hypocrisy as she faces a tight reelection race against Republican challenger Army veteran Sam Brown. She boasted in an April campaign ad that she "took on big drug companies," but she owns stock in major pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, through her family trust. Rosen has also fashioned herself as a leader in the fight against climate change, but throughout her political career her trust has held positions in several major energy companies, E&E News reported.

The Nevada Democrat also claimed in 2023 she had "no control" over the trust’s stock trades, a claim now under question following the revelation that she has served as its trustee throughout her entire political career.

Palm Beach Mayor Danielle Moore is taking a hardline stance against former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, exploring the possibility of shutting down the iconic property as local residents reportedly voice growing concerns over their safety.
According to Palm Beach Daily News, residents of the affluent town have been increasingly vocal, stating that they “don’t feel safe” due to the heightened security measures around Mar-a-Lago.
South Ocean Boulevard, the road alongside former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate, has been closed by the Secret Service since July 13, following an assassination attempt on the former president.

Security has also been ramped up around other Trump properties, including Trump Tower in Manhattan and his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Yes, it could get very entertaining ,in a way ,to watch . I'd leave the TV in storage and find a YouTube or Rumble channel that's live streaming the events on the ground. I really doubt that. This is the behavior of women in the work force. "I want to work BUT my job falls behind other priorities." If there are other priorities more important than protecting a persons life then she should have stayed at home.

The New Zealand government has approved the extradition of Kim Dotcom, the founder of Megaupload, to the United States.
On Thursday, New Zealand Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith announced that he had signed the extradition order for Dotcom, who has been embroiled in legal disputes since his arrest in 2012 during a dramatic FBI-led raid on his Auckland mansion. The charges against him include racketeering conspiracy, copyright infringement, and money laundering.
Dotcom, who has consistently maintained his innocence, said that Megaupload was merely a file-sharing platform, arguing that he had no control over the content uploaded by its users.

However, the U.S. Department of Justice alleges that he and his associates facilitated a ‘vast piracy operation’ that cost Hollywood elites’ film studios and record companies more than $500 million, generating over $175 million in revenue from illicit activities.
