The slower Alliant powders (RL22-33) seem to be coming into country maybe once or twice a year these days. For comparison you can find RL15 or 19 quite a bit more frequently. Just set up a bunch of in-stock notifications with the big vendors and when you miss out on one drop just expect some at the other vendors. It seems that when one vendor gets a big drop, the others follow a short time after.
