I thought I'd jump on 8 lbs of it when it was available. But I bought two pounds of RL16 and its shooting lights out, so no real worries. I had a Bass Pro Shops gift card lying around and their website said they had 4350 available, so I ordered 2 lbs to be shipped to the store. Says it will be here in 10 days.

I think this will be the way I order powder from now on. Bass Pro is about $2.00 per pound more and I have to pay sales tax. But no haz mat fee or shipping costs.

Well, I’m not in dire need as I try to stay ahead of my needs, but as a rule I order when it’s available. So I placed my order to two jugs last night when this thread first hit. Added a couple thou primers to maximize my hazmat fee. It wasn’t in the budget, but you won’t hear me bitching about availability either.

Agreed. I tend to look at this as what it represents. If I can get close to 1500rds out of a keg then that's roughly a season of matches for me. So if I have two kegs I'm good for two seasons of matches.

With XBR one keg is about 6 months of practice ammo and half a practice barrel.

Buy accordingly. November not to mention this stupid virus will likely bring about panic purchasing and hoarding.
