This was the maiden match for this year's new blaster. It was just a tad wet.......both days...... This pic is from the Shamrock Shootout in Vale Oregon.

My rifle;
6mm Creedmoor
GA Precision Tempest
Proof Research 28" Heavy Palma barrel
XLE Evolution chassis with a folder
Jewel HVR at 9.5ozs
Area 419 Hellfire brake
Burris XTR II with the Horus H591 in Seekins rings

Nothing special, but it's a shooter. Savage 10 FCP-SR in 6.5 CM, Manners T2A (thanks to mtclaka for a great transaction and formerly in a B&C Medalist M40 with KMW Loggerhead installed by jducos aka stockdoc), Accurate Mag bottom metal, Burris XTR II 4-20x FFP SCR reticle, Seekins 20 moa base and rings. Hopefully some day Illinois will allow suppressors so I can take full advantage of the threaded barrel. Not holding my breath though...we were the last state to allow concealed carry, and that took a court order.

Remington 700 SS 5R Milspec .308
MDT Tac 21 Chassis/Magpul PRS stock
Ergo Deluxe Grip
JP Precision 1 piece mount
Vortex Gen2 Razor
Harris Bipod
Magpul 10rd PMag

This may not be a custom rifle in some ways, but it is one of the most accurate rifles I've ever owned. Consistently shoots less than 1/2 groups at 100 yards.

WOW, so much super cool hardware in one place.
This is one I have been working on and shooting for several years. Have taken it out to 1,000 with repeatable good results.
Rem 700, 26" VFS barrel, printed, trued, .308W, 1:12 twist, Lancer Viper tunable brake. Timney 512 trigger.
REALLY likes Sierra Match and Gameking (168 and 165 gr) with generous supplies of Varget.
MPA chassis, EGW 20 MOA rail, Vortex Viper PST FFP scope, Burris rings. Runs 7.62 X 51 Magpul AC magazines. photo53004.jpgphoto53005.jpg

who dipped your stock?

IMG_0729.jpg
Nothing special. Just a prepicture before my build.
Rem700 LA - 30.06
Had a TA11B milled down, custom base made for this. Love it for hunting.
Sonic45.
Some other minor stuff.

New scope arrived, Premier Heritage 3-15x50.
Cant decide if a GRS stock is the right solution for me, or if AI is the right choice.

my trick shot rifle,,it is really fun seeing the look on guys faces when I ring a plate that they cant with a 24X scope,,trued 700 with a 27" Krieger 8 twist HV 243 Win bbl in the AICS 1.5 chassis ,Atlas spigot mount bipod and PNW,,Gehmann,Anschutz,Mo`s sight set,,shooting 105 VLDs with H4350 at 3200 fps,,my best string so far is 5 in a row on a 10 inch plate at 1,025 yards,,guy witnessed it has a new Ruger RPR in 6.5CM and 4-20 Burris scope never touched the 10 inch plate,,fun day indeed,,LOL..

Here is my latest addition to my collection .

Barrett 98B Tactical .308 with 16" barrel
Scope : Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x50 F1

Took it out for the first time today and it shoots great. Very soft shooting . Ergonomically , it fits me very well and has an exceptional trigger . The bolt lift is stiffer than my AI AW, but I am guessing it will get easier in a short time . It also weighs significantly less than my AIAW. The magazine is arguably better than the AIAW, I really think Barrett magazine is near the top of its class.

I replaced the stock Barrett muzzle brake with a Silencerco ASR muzzle brake as I will be running this rifle with a Silencerco Saker 7.62 ASR.

I traded a Colt/ Cooper M2012 for this rifle an I have no remorse whatsoever except that Euro Optic recently blew out some MRADs at heavy discount and I might have preferred an MRAD.

Testimony that the shooter behind the rifle is more important to target acquisition than the rifle. I've seen guys at the range with $7K AI rigs that can't put a few shots together, much less in the bullseye.

Do you have any load data for that beast? I have a build going now that has a 1/10 Krieger at 28 inches. Just curious what bullets and powder you are using

I do. I just finished load development on Sunday. I started at 81 and worked up to 85.5. 85 gr and above (which was the 3100+ fps range) the bolt lift was getting heavy and there were pretty good signs of pressure on the brass. This is what I ended up with:

84.5 gr h1000
Berger 230 hybrid
. 025 off lands
3030 Avg fps (the five shot string from the picture)
SD: 9.6

Most of the details are in my signature. It's my main competition rifle. 6.5 CM built on a GAP Tempest action and currently in a KMW Sentinel stock. I have a Manners PRS1 being built in their new Platinum layup with the MPA Barricade rail/chassis and then will try it out in both, and sell the one I like least. If the Sentinel could add a barricade stop/rail I'd be in love. Thing runs awesome still though. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Some nice rifles on here!
