Photo #1) Gen 1 RPR in .243. LRI Barrel (#2) and bolt shroud, Seekins 15' handguard, Magpul grip, XLR Tactical stock, Gen 1 PST Viper mounted in the economy NF rings. I plan on changing out the rings to ARC's sometime this summer and move up to a Gen 2 PST yet this year, early part of next. The barrel broke 100 rounds this evening, time to do some load work. So far it's liking 4451 and Berger 108's.
Photo 2 is a 700 Darrell Holland built up for me in '99. Started as a 6/250, McMillan Marksman stock. When that barrel was toast, I had re-barreled to a .308, Shilen 1-12" twist. Two years ago it was re-barreled with a Bartlein 11.25. XLR Element chassis and tactical stock, Timney trigger, Gen 2 PST in Vortex rings, KRG bolt knob. The Atlas PRS bipod is shared between the two. This thing thrives on Varget and 175 SMK's.
Both good shooters, the dummy pulling the trigger needs some work.

I added a B&C stock, muzzle brake, Timney trigger and of course the cosmetics. The scope I am using now (different than the one pictured) is a Weaver Tactical. With respect to the paint (Krylon) I have had it in three different schemes. However, the "desert" scheme shown actually works well in the Fall on my property in the Missouri Ozarks (river bottom land on the Black River).
As an aside, I got the tripod from a thrift shop and built the mount.
I have only taken her out to about 600 yards. But I have been able hold it at about 1 MOA using 168 AMAX rounds. I suppose I'll be moving to ELD as soon as my supply of AMAX runs out. I have also taken about eight deer with her over the years using the same rounds.
