Got this back in 2007 after waiting over a year for the action to come in. It was around the time Nesika was going out of business, unknown if they would continue somewhere else. It was almost like forget about it, then I get a call from George telling me the action showed up and 'do you still want to do the build'? Im like of course. :)

I want to get it scoped and take it out for a run.... any suggestions for scopes?

NESIKA MOD T, .223 REM
BARTLEIN 1-12 TWIST M-24 CONTOUR 23" BARREL
MANNERS T2-A GAP CAMO STOCK
BADGER STEEL FLOOR METAL
FINISH IN OD GREEN CERAKOTE

A little 200 yard shooting today with some ammo I loaded up on Saturday. GAP Templar II / Ruckus, MCS PRS TCS, S&B 3x27 High Power

First 5 on paper cold bore after cleaning. Tried out some new printed targets...

34.5 grains of H4350, new GAP/Hornady brass, 107 SMK, old cci 400 primers (from the early 1980)

Full disclosure...this is a dumb question from someone just trying to educate himself.

I shoot the 107 SMKs in a 6cm and you shoot the 107 SMKs in 6GT. I load 41.2gr H4350 and you load 34.5gr H4350 according to your post. That's ~7 grains!!!

It's probably something simple, but what explains such a big delta is your powder charge vs. mine for the same grain bullet?

Wondering if I should be coming down a ton...

Simple, case size... 6 CM is much larger... 41.2 gr would probably not even fit into the case.

Greetings all. I'm new here and totally dig this site. This is my new Savage 110 LSS in 6.5 Creedmoor. I through on my Burris 5x25x50 optic and adjusted my length of pull to 15" (not seen in photo). They did a great job on this weapon and I'm doing real well at hitting at 760yrds. No complaints here!

How would you compare the tl3 to the bat?
Not even close. I know this is going to hurt feelings but it's just the unbiased truth. The Bat is by far the smoothest action I've found. It cycles like butter. Like its on ball bearings with almost no freeplay. With that said there's obviously a lot more to actions than feel. I've run it in several matches and countless range days and haven't had an issue. Not to say my TL3 is bad at all. But all things being equal in reliability the bat just brings a whole new feel to "custom"

It's because they run Mazaks, and not Haas. Kelbly's have a similar rep, and they run Mazaks as well...
