As you and your friends scream about Trump subverting the military justice system, I offer you example after example of the military justice system failing to deliver "justice" in cases of real importance and you call it, "Whataboutism" or anecdotal. Either way, it appears to be an extremely selective justice system, in case after case it never confronts anyone other than the most extreme junior officer or an enlisted person. It certainly appears to be based on persecuting people for crimes that only offend an elite few or cases designed to weaken morale and induce war-fighters to refuse to engage for fear of prosecution. I am not alone in feeling it damages our ability to defend our nation. It is quite similar to what the civilian left is doing to law enforcement.
