Primers included with scrap brass?

When you guys save up and send your spent/worn out brass to the local salvage/scrap metal yard, do you toss in your spent primers with them? Primers are made out of brass and copper from what I understand, and was curiuos as to what you guys do with them. I shoot USPSA handgun and end up with ice cream pails full of spent primers.

The scrap yard here in Vegas takes the piles of spent primers.

I would think so but Im thinking a quick phonecall for confirmation would be a good idea

My local scrap place takes them without any issue as well.

Thanks for the input fellas. I'll call them before I load 'em up, but I'm glad to hear most places take them. A 5 gallon pail 2/3 full weighs pretty good.
