Fox has been reporting all day that pro American/anti Islamist protesters numbering into thousands have stormed a couple Islamist headquarters in Bengasi Libya. I'm pleased to think that there are actually Muslims over there with the gonads to stand up to the islamists. Some were killed.

Encouraging if true.

There have been strong indications that this is so but they were drummed out by the lies being spewed to cover up for the massive failure of the State department and the administration. When details about the ample warnings of an attack to coincide with the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks were beginning to trickle out, the Libyan President and several others seemed frustrated by the condemnation they were receiving for having tried to be helpful.

They apparently didn't read the script about the obscure movie trailer (That the vast majority of people with no TVs or computers could not see...) being the cause of all this and thus were ignored and chastised...

This is encouraging. Maybe, just maybe, there are some folks in the region with some decency and the guts to stand up.
I don't think the whole world should drive a Ford pick-up and drink Budweiser, but it seems like getting rid of a bunch of rioting, murderous fuck-tards would be something we could all agree on.

Aparently the Libyan pres had been commenting on the protests. they have systematicly reducing the islamists, & herding them out of the country. If only this kind of protest would storm the rest of the area.
Supprised there were only 3 replys so far. The other thread trashing the Libyans was apparently more popular...

Probably because its easier to be negative towards someone who has been a longstanding enemy.

It is nice to finally see as everyone else has mentioned that people over there are getting sick of the crap that their cousins are spewing and doing something about it. I really hope it becomes infectious to the rest of the middle east as its sorely needed. For too long the people of all those nations have been held down and oppressed by the like that attacked us in Libya. There's good decent people over there as is everywhere else in the world they are just drowned out by the POS vermin that hide in the shadows and prey on the weak. It would be nice to see this country give a show of support to the anti anti-west/all things not Islamic people and Pres of Libya, would probably do us well not only in the immediate but in the future as well.
