Problems bringing a .338 EDGE overseas?

I'm torn between building a .338 Norma, or a .338 Edge in my M700. As I've heard it's smarter safetywise to build the .338 Edge with a .700" bolt..

However - I'd like to take it hunting overseas: Has anyone done it, and which are the pitfalls? I'm thinking of the difference in caliber on the lisence and the headstamp...? Has anyone made cases that read .338/.300 RUM yet?

If anyone has been abroad with their Edge, how did you overcome this problem?
