    I have a ATACR 4-16X42 F1 that had the glue / epoxy issue. I contacted NF via a phone call and they had me a shipping label that evening. I shipped the scope the next day it arrived 3 days later (on a Friday). I had the scope back in my hands by the following Thursday. I live in Maine and NF is in Idaho, my shipping out there took 3 days, I am not sure but I would imagine that the return was the same. So basically they turned the scope around in 1 business day. I have owned many NF scopes before, but this is the first time I had to use their warranty. To say I am impressed is an understatement, excellent job to all at Nightforce!

    Oh and yes the scope looks great now. I am a fan of the ATACR F1 scopes, I have the 5-25 and the 4-16. They replaced my PMII's and Gen II Razors.
     
    Man if their 5-25 came with the zero hold turret I would've bought one a long time ago. Nf is awesome.

    I totally agree with this, I wish it had the zero set turret both on elevation and windage and just do away with the capped windage turret.. Just figure a way to give you a few mils L & R of zero on the windage turret... Love my NF also.
     
    I contacted NF after I broke the tenebraex lens cover that came with my 5-25 ATACR F1. I mentioned to them that I understood I could buy a new one for $50 but wasn't sure if that was a covered part under the warranty. Without hesitation the lady took my name and mailing address and three days later I had a new lens cover in my mailbox. A few days after that I called back to thank them for the great customer service and about a week later a package showed up at my door from NF. She sent me a hat and ATACR shirt.
     
    I lost my tenebraex lens covers when I first got my BEAST I called to buy some replacements because they weren't on there website yet.The guy on the phone said they were new and they hadn't set up pricing on them yet so they couldn't sell them to me. I fully admitted it was my fault and I wanted to pay for them he said he would send them out to me at no charge and a couple days later I had new replacement tenebraex lens covers along with some NF swag.
     
    I ended up selling my Vortex Gen2 in favor of the ATACR 5-25, mainly due to the weight. Now that I have been messing around with the scope quite a bit, I am really liking this scope alot!! I have owned Nightforce before, and have yet to ever need anything to do with their warranty. It is really good to know that the company stands behind their products like that. Two big thumbs up!!

    This is very good news.... If I ever have to use their warranty. I have been very satisfied with NF since buying my first one a couple years ago. I was surprisingly shocked about their SHV line. Yes some of their upgrades are left out to save on cost but wow, glass quality was not sacrificed. I wish I had a reason to call them for some free swag but I'll just enjoy my quality optics!
