It's apparent you don't really know how things like this work. Nobody ever said somebody brought Millet scopes in the country going around Millet or the manufacturer, there is no way to bring them in the country going around the manufacturer because the manufacturer is a factory Millet hires to build the scopes in China. Millet pays them to make the scopes, they ship them here, then they get shipped to distributors, then to dealers, then to you. There is no way around this, it's just how it is.
Furthermore why do yo think because the retailer your ordered from didn't have them in stock and they had another retailer or distributor ship it that it is somehow some possessed return? They merely had it sent to you from either another dealer or distributor so you didn't have to wait for them to get it in stock, they were only doing it as a convenience to you. If anything you should be thanking them for doing that and not having you wait a week, but instead your in here bitching about it. Trust me, there is no getting a fixed Millet, it's a $300 Chinese scope that probably costs them $20 a piece to make, when they go back to Millet broken they go in the trash can and a new one gets shipped out to the customer. I'm not sure how much reading you did before purchase but regardless of where you order from theres a very high chance you'll get a defective scope right out of the box, it's a cheap Chinese scope and it's one of those chances you take.
It usually doesn't take people long to figure out how crappy scopes that come from China are, and you will probably end up replacing it long before summer.
