What mount are you using for the PVS 22, and height scope rings used on the Razor to cowitness with it?

For both videos I was just holding the NOD in front of the camera.

The PVS-22 comes with a built in LaRue throw lever. On my AI it's attached to a KAC AI Mount. The Razor is mounted on the AI with Low rings, but I am going to be changing that because it is really too low.

With the PVS-22 it doesn't need to be aligned perfectly. Close is good though. I will try to get some pics of that setup later.
