This is not a bashing thread at all.
Let me elaborate. I understand that shit has hit the fan in the AR world. That being said I placed orders with 5 places for parts all on the same day. All but Rainers have shipped which just means they are busy. All items I purchased at Rainier showed in stock when ordered. I emailed them asking about a rough idea on shipping ad they said 5-7 days... fine no problem they are busy... So I asked if I could be assured that my items I ordered would in fact be all shipped. Their response was they couldn't tell me as they are busy. Okay fine. Then they followed up by saying something about their website oversold items and I was welcome to cancel my order... WTF does that mean? I just wanted to know what I would be getting and what I wouldn't so I could look elsewhere. In the meantime my card says its been charged.
The last email I sent was me asking them to call me with what wouldnt be shipped so we could see if they had something in stock that would work. I now get an auto response that tells me that they are backed up on emails.... Just not the best feeling having money sitting out there and I dont want to order multiples of stuff from different places just to have multiples of stuff I dont need.
Sorry for the rant I just want some re-assurance from previous RA customers that they will in fact take care of me.
