RCBS Chargemaster Drain Spout Broke

Coming to yall for advise on a quick repair for Drain Spout cap on the side of an RCBS chargemaster. the other night after I loaded up some rounds, I went to dump out the powder and when I turned the drain spout cap to open it, the damn thing split in half. The only thing I can think of is a kernel got stuck between the cap and body which caused it to stretch enough to break.

Any body got any DIY fixes for this? I am waiting on RCBS Customer service to get back from lunch. I love this machine. I just want it back up and running.

If you can, wait on RCBS to get back in touch. They have spectacular customer support, id bet they help you out on this.

That drain is a royal pain in the ass. Sometimes I feel like gluing mine shut and just dumping extra powder out the top.

But rcbs will take care of you. Their customer service is the best.

Their customer service guy told me there was nothing they could do about it. they don't make any replacement parts for the drain spout itself since there wasn't a way to install one or take one off without destroying it.

I just super glued it for now so we will see how long that holds up.
