So I was looking on the Pulsar website for specifications related to recoil force limit. The website says the scope is SHOCK RESISTANT to 6000 joules. I pulled up an online Joules to FT/LBS calculator and it shows that 6000J is equivalent to 4425 FT/LBS. If it is 4425 FT/LBs then, the scope should be able to withstand the recoil of just about any rifle/load on the planet. I doubt I could withstand 4425 FT/LBs of recoil force. Please feel free to correct my ignorance on this issue.
