Gunsmithing Recommended gunsmith in VA to re-barrel match rifle

I need to get my Bergara premier Rem 700 SA action rebarreled with 6.5 CM Hart barrel, which has been ordered. Looking for reputable gunsmith in NoVA or within 2-3 hours from NoVA (VA, WV, MD, PA) to rebarrel my rifle (Fit, Chamber, Cut, Crown and Thread). I am located in Northern VA.
I know Clay Spencer is in VA but not sure if he is still taking orders directly.

My time frame is March-April

In NOVA, it would really be hard to do better than Drew @ WAR. 2 of the most accurate barrels I ever had were chambered by him. He is also super fast turn around compared to most.
