Well, it all came apart just fine.......I just had to put in a bit more effort than what should have been required. I will admit that I was beginning to get pissed there are first, especially after I realized what had been done. It's kinda funny now, luckily my wife didn't descend to the basement and record me talking to myself, and cussing an inanimate object, and a large portion of AR home builders.
I agree that thread locker has it's place, even the red shit............as long as it is used when, where and how its supposed to be used.
The only other AR part I ever had this much trouble with was an old factory FNMI M16A1 replacement barrel that must've had the front sight pins drove in by freaking superman, or the incredible hulk, idk which.
