Reduced sub sonic or reduced recoil new shooter loads all calibers

Been thinking about this for awhile. My 8 year old daughter got her first deer this year. .243 with 55 v max! But now she wants to shoot a lot and farther... so I gotta reload for that too. She is pretty light for her age about 60 lbs, so recoil is a issue for us. But thought that people with litttle operators would benefit from a thread like this... So first request is mild .243 loads with a bullet bigger thAn 55 grain.... Lol. Thanks for any help

I saw your post, but don't really have any personally developed data that would help. I load for .308, 30 06, and .223. I only shoot reduced loads in my .308 and use 150 gr to 175 gr smk's pushed with Trail Boss. IMR has a PDF that might help you develop a reduced power load:

Tagging for later: why not just do a min. book load for 75gr pills? The 243 is about as light of recoil as it gets, short of getting into the crazy experimental territory. I've heard of a Unique load in the '06, but I cannot go find it now, so I hope to get back n edit it in here...
