I am reloading for 6.5 prc and having good luck with using H1000, and I know about RL 26. Which powder is more stable and consistant? Is it possible to test different powders like hodgdon superperformance hornady or H4381sc. I am new to reloading and want to shoot competition someday and don't want to blow off my face doing it. I want to learn what I am doing not just someone telling me what to do. I appreciate any feed back. Here's some pictures, am I the write track?

those group sizes and point of impact (if you drew center of three shots) is all over the place. what distance was that target at?
57.4 looks good but 57.3 and 57.5 aren’t similar, you def want more forgiveness than that in a load, or it implies 57.4 was just a lucky fluke.

H1000 is not the go-to powders for the PRC and heavy projectiles, from my research(having a PRC built so I've been reading up). I tried it in my 7saum and had similar results to you(scatter group .1 over and under an ideal charge/group).
You need to look into Retumbo or your RL26 for the 147s. Of course both are unicorns at the moment. I have both powders, but also picked up some IMR7977 in a pinch. It won't give the best velocity, but it's temp stable and burns clean, and I have found it in three different places locally, and I live in the middle of nowhere.

I am shooting 100 yards. Here's some pictures of where I started with powder 54grains and went up .5 grains. 1thru7 on the chronograph picture. I will look into the other powder., I should say this barrel is new and there has only been 60 rounds total through it. Does this have anything to do with it? Thanks for your help

If I were you I would double check scope is torqued, action screws, etc before thinking about a powder change. When groups change that much (as high as 2 MOA down to .5) with minor changes in a powder (.2 or less) that usually means something else isn't right. Not for certain, but double check all that first before you start chasing the load more
Magnum barrels tend to speed up rather suddenly after about 100 rounds. That's why I just bought 200 rounds of hornady match ammo. Gonna fire the first 100, pretty much at dirt or rabbits or something and save the brass for reloading. Then find zero for the match ammo as well as velocity and get a dope for it in case I'm in a pinch later down the line. THEN, I will start load development with the once fired brass and will have a broken in barrel already.
Agreed with the lack of availability for H-1000 and reloader 26, going to try IMR 8133 I think the burn rate is near retumbo which seems to be sold out as well.
