When I was taking the trigger of the action a little spring popped out along with the hammer ( i think its called the hammer) are these easy to put in? Any tips or videos ? I was looking on youtube ,all I could find was how to replace trigger.

Put front pin in through what your calling hammer then spring in hole just under it hold together and replace rear pin

It's called the sear.

How does the bolt release spring go back in ?

Bolt release spring goes in with the curl in the slot and the hooked end to the rear of the action.
