Rifle Basix gurus?

Looking to buy Rifle Basix LV-1 from a member but was wanting to know if its a direct replacement for my factory Xmark Pro (outside adjustable) and will the factory safety and bolt stop work with the RB also or will I need to buy the kit? I asked him but he is not sure. Thanks in advance.

you will need the kit, the x-sucks safety and bolt release are not compatible with anything other than the x-sucks.

You may want to look at the Timney trigger over the RB. It comes with the safety and bolt release already so no need to hunt for parts, and you can have Timney preadjust it at the factory for you down to 1.5lbs. You can further adjust it down to 1lb if you want as they are pretty generous with sear engadgment out of the factory.

They always seem to get the trigger to my door in less than a week when I order from them.

I don't know whether you can reuse the factory safety/stop. I just bought the L-1K for to replace the Xmark Pro in my new 7005R. It arrived completely assembled with the safety and boltstop on it. I haven't installed mine yet but have used their product on one of my Savages and I really like it. I'll be buying another for my Savage 10.
