Yes, BUT it also shows he took nothing. The home owner stated they had never called cops or reported any issue.Isn't there a video of Arbery inside of a garage snooping around ..... ?
The way most state's burglary statutes are written is along the lines of entering or remaining unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a theft or crime. They don't require an actual theft.
Jogging... in jeans??? Bro, I run like 15-20 miles a week. Never have I ever went jogging in jeans, never in my life have I seen anyone going out to exercise and a pair of jeans. That argument is media lies.YOU are full of it. He was jogging, and may have been casing houses. He looked like someone caught days earlier on surveillance cameras. Persons in pickup followed him, and jumped him. He had no clue what for, and fought back like everyone else here would. Shooter killed him, without cause.
This 100%The media makes criminals out to be victims and victims out to be criminals.
When does the media go on trial?
Everyone knows you don't draw on a drawn gun,Two people with weapons try to chase me down... fighting back is about the most ignorant thing you could do. Suggesting that is a sain reaction is ludicrous.
They were trying to keep him from running away before the police arrived.
This is another example of Don’t attack somebody with a gun then get mad at them when they shoot you.
I was summoned to jury duty once. I cussed out the defense in front of the judge, she started pretending to do paperwork and let me yell at the guy, and the prosecutor got a big smile on her face. You could tell the guy was extra sleazy. I was pissed when I heard what the trial was for and it showed, so they started questioning me for selection.I bitched an moaned my first jury duty. I went, answered honestly and I was on jury. All I can say is Thank GOD I was. People just were willing to throw the guy in jail based on his looks. I think he was likely guilty, but the prosecution did NOT meet what I'd consider the requirement was to show he was DUI (he did refuse breath test, but the story the cops told as well as video evidence showed differently IMO).
Second trial was even more interesting and more important. None of us thought the guy was going to be guilty...we knew he was a POS. Well, once they read the LAW we were like..oh...guilty....guilty as F...except for one guy (the foreman since I refused since I'd done that before), who needed to have the law explained AGAIN. But even though I was not foreman, I pushed it. It's pathetic. ZERO ability to reason for at least half the jury and probably 75% of jury pool #1.
And tarring,They deserve to catch prosecutorial misconduct/malicious prosecution cases.
Yeah, I've been the foreman once before when I was younger. The lack of most people being able to apply the law as it's written is pretty scary actually. It's not about what we want or "what should" happen. It's about applying the law and the standard by which it is to be applied.
After all the Antifa threats going into the trial, I’m still a bit surprised the jurors weren’t sequestered for their safety. If I were the judge....I would certainly do something about the person with a cell phone camera videoing the jury bus stop where they are picked up.
I would have started this trial and said "This is a stack of warrants, already signed. I'll fill out the names and details the second anyone does anything that makes my jury in this case even the slightest bit nervous about their safety."
What they need is rooftop Koreans.....need somebody on overwatch.
Yep any story this publicized needs extra protection in place. The but easier said than done. After all the Antifa threats going into the trial, I’m still a bit surprised the jurors weren’t sequestered for their safety.

Letting the corrupt politicians legal $ystem lead you around like a fucking cow isn’t doing your service to this country, rendering a verdict that is RIGHT and HONORABLE, a verdict representative of the country you want your kids to live in, that is why we have a jury of our peers vs just some kangaroo court of administrative law.
Came here to say that. I don't know if he's slow, but he's probably nervous as hell. Probably doesn't help that he's got a giant target on his back for testifying. Prosecutor is just trying to get the guy to perjure himself at this point. The fat prosecutor badgering the "slow" photographer not cool. Guy looks like a bully.
I'd say "...Just because, like Kenosha,- your case is going is going down in flames is no reason to badger me."
and he is THEIR witness. Now he's trying to suggest that the guy is only testifying because he wants to be a journalist and get his name out there. Wow.
This is what the legal system in America has come to!
Turns out, it was a documentary after all!
John has a long moustache....People are beginning to ask why a drone was tasked with this exact location.
The answer is pretty simple - it was locked onto the one armed bandits FBI issue beacon.
HorseshitYes, BUT it also shows he took nothing. The home owner stated they had never called cops or reported any issue.
And lets be real if you could hunt people down for snooping around or looking in property windows that are for sale or under construction every "Karen" we know would be shot dead. He "FIT THE DISCRIPTION" of what they thought and that's why it's a crime.
The police station is smashed up... Popo can’t even defend/protect the cop shop, and you want me to testify against these people. I don’t think he was slow, I think he was legit scared. The fat prosecutor badgering the "slow" photographer not cool. Guy looks like a bully.
I'd say "...Just because, like Kenosha,- your case is going is going down in flames is no reason to badger me."
What are you talking about??? Let's just all make up the laws as we go then right???? Try getting 12 people to agree on what's right and honorable. This is absolute LA LA land. The law provides how we are to judge things as a juror. We then use our good sense and the law provides for extenuating circumstances as well. Applying the law (which is made by who we elect by the way) is how its supposed to work. I don't want jurors to have the power to just decide if they think something is right or honorable. I want them to apply the law, otherwise, we don't have any rules to go by. That's a very nieve perspective. No

Fatso is trying to get him to walk back that they menaced/intimidated him in the interview by menacing him again on the stand. Bold move Cotton.
Then you find out he killed the wrong person…or the daughter lied….then you stole justice from a victim, but you were too busy making emotional decisions like the people you criticize, because the crime is a rape and not a defense case. Gtfoh. That said, don't get me wrong here, if some dad kills a guy who raped his daughter in a fit of rage when he finds out and I'm on that jury.... he's going to walk.

You assumed a whole lot right there and I can't really take this serious. This fake scenario where the guy on trial killed the wrong guy blah blah blah is just too much and your post is ridiculousThen you find out he killed the wrong person…or the daughter lied….then you stole justice from a victim, but you were too busy making emotional decisions like the people you criticize, because the crime is a rape and not a defense case. Gtfoh.
One way or another, this case is historical. Let's hope it's because it's a case study in everything you can do wrong as a prosecutor, and not about how you can lead a horse/jury to water, but you can't make them drink.
The fake scenario? You mean a possibility that you are clearly are just brushing aside? Please. YOU presume too much. The whole point of a trial is to figure out a presented scenario, you fucking idiot. You assumed a whole lot right there and I can't really take this serious. Man you need to settle down... I didn't go into all the possible aspects of this fictional case and this whole exercise is ridiculous.... that said, yes I do admit a particular bias against rapist. Of course, if the guy on trial did in fact kill the wrong guy, then he's going to prison for murder, OBVIOUSLY. Of course my initial statement took for granted that the rapist was in fact, who got killed, and that they rape was known and confirmed. You can literally take any statement from say "well what if this happened?" and then obviously the outcome would change. I mean hells bells, what if the guy who killed the rapist wasn't the real killer.....what then??? If my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle....The fake scenario? You mean a possibility that you are clearly are just brushing aside? Please. YOU presume too much. The whole point of a trial is to figure out a presented scenario, you fucking idiot.
Talking shit about how people on jury’s need to know and follow the law, but then a if man is accused of murder in a particular circumstance is somehow immediately justifiable without any proof, presentation or some fucking forethought into what you’re doing. Then you admit a particular bias on a open forum that contradicts your statement. Sure buddy.
You’re exactly what’s wrong with jurors and you reenforces the points that most jurors are fucking morons.
