Pulling the gun toward you means that the guy holding the gun trying to hold it back is going to pull the trigger to maintain his grip.... whether he intended to or not.

I was summoned to jury duty once. I cussed out the defense in front of the judge, she started pretending to do paperwork and let me yell at the guy, and the prosecutor got a big smile on her face. You could tell the guy was extra sleazy. I was pissed when I heard what the trial was for and it showed, so they started questioning me for selection.
Tried to tell me it’s normal to molest a child on accident, and how he reaches under his grandkids genitals all the time putting them in a car seat and could “slip”, “ you mean you’ve never accidentally touched a child privates?” type shit. I lost it and started mother fucking him in the courtroom they were questioning us in, told him I’d gladly take the defendant in a back room and deal with it. Told the defense it sounded like he needs to be on trial too. I know people who were abused as children and see how it still has a hold on them decades later.
I have no clue how I didn’t get in any trouble, but I was dismissed before anyone else and gave all the other potential jurors a good story. They didn’t know what to think.
I get some people get accused out of nowhere and it didn’t happen, but the ones with real evidence that shows it 100% happened it’s an easy fix.
The last jury I was on - I had to sit through the entire freakin' trial - then was told when sent to deliberation that I was the "extra" juror and sent home. The bailiff was kind enough to call me at home and let me know what the jury decided. I would rather have been dismissed first!

If I were the judge....I would certainly do something about the person with a cell phone camera videoing the jury bus stop where they are picked up.

One issue to consider, you lock people completely away from their lives, that too could affect decisions. Example OJ jurors were pissed with how long they were kept from their lives, they turned that verdict almost immediately.

The law provides how we are to judge things as a juror. We then use our good sense and the law provides for extenuating circumstances as well. Applying the law (which is made by who we elect by the way) is how its supposed to work. I don't want jurors to have the power to just decide if they think something is right or honorable. I want them to apply the law, otherwise, we don't have any rules to go by. That's a very nieve perspective.No

Let me ask you this, do you think the social justice warriors or even the white females who keep electing politicians that suffer that nonsense, are going to have the same view of "what's right and honorable" as you and I do? (I feel sure that we would agree on every single individual circumstance on what is right and honorable). I'm also sure that there's a fair amount of folks out there who think taking what I have earned and giving it away to illegals, and Americans who are able and simply refuse to work "is right and honorable". I certainly do NOT feel that it is. We know there's plenty who think it's "right" to let boys dress up as girls and go in the girls bathroom with our daughters.... I sure as hell don't!

One way or another, this case is historical. Let's hope it's because it's a case study in everything you can do wrong as a prosecutor, and not about how you can lead a horse/jury to water, but you can't make them drink.
Is there really any way all 12 people on that jury are scared enough or stupid enough to convict this kid after all of this? I mean, I know our country is in serious trouble morally and every which way you can imagine...... but I just can't imagine a guilty verdict here. As I said before, with such a large amount of evidence in Kyle's favor, even having this trial is a tragedy.
I have to wonder if the whole show so far has been the prosecution's passive aggressive way of destroying the case because they know it was shit and they were stuck with it.

Man you need to settle down... I didn't go into all the possible aspects of this fictional case and this whole exercise is ridiculous.... that said, yes I do admit a particular bias against rapist. Of course, if the guy on trial did in fact kill the wrong guy, then he's going to prison for murder, OBVIOUSLY. Of course my initial statement took for granted that the rapist was in fact, who got killed, and that they rape was known and confirmed. You can literally take any statement from say "well what if this happened?" and then obviously the outcome would change. I mean hells bells, what if the guy who killed the rapist wasn't the real killer.....what then??? If my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle....
