Not sure it will make any difference this week. But it certainly opens the door for an easy and successful appeal on prosecutorial misconduct’s.

Right now it’s such a crap show that sodas and banana trees seem to be more worthwhile to discuss.

If two jurors holding up worried about backlash, then it’s 10-2 to acquit right now. Right?

Wouldn't matter even if that was true for two reasons. Regardless of guilty or not guilty, the vote must be unanimous. And the 12 who decide it if tried again won't be these 12, so the vote count/what these 12 people thought is as irrelevant as what you and I think, if it hangs.
