I hope they do the right thing however if it comes down to Roberts it won’t be overturned. I think Roberts being Chief Justice sees himself more of a referee figure and/or doing what he he thinks will “keep the peace“ more than he wants to strictly follow the intent of the constitution just like a politician that puts his finger in the wind and bends to the current political climate that is Roberts…a politician not a Chief Justice.
Roberts is a BIG PUSSY & not worthy of Chief Justice. Own it Bro stop screwing around you coward & put it back to the states.
I know the following scripture is in reference to the Church being lukewarm & not political figures however it reminds me of many politicians/judges today it makes me want to puke.
Revelation 3:15
“These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: 15“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither [k]cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.”
