Yep. Republicans stepped on their dicks with this one. So fucking dumb.
I think we need to factor in all the 12 to 20 y/o hoodrats that will now have to deal with welfare broodmares that can now legally arm themselves. That's got to cut into the hoodrat crop some.
To those saying there will still be states allowing it and to just travel there, you’re all pretty fucking dumb.
First of all, do you realize how many people have abortions because they can’t afford to have a baby? Do you really think all of those people can afford a fucking trip to go get an abortion? Multiple trips actually because it’s not just “gimme muh pills”. Not everyone lives where you can drive any hour or less and you’re in a lib state. If FL, GA, and AL all ban abortions and you’re a FL resident do you realize how far you would have to travel? Yeah, get a fucking clue.
Second, some states are even trying to push legislation that would make it illegal to travel to get an abortion, so if that happens, how in the fuck is someone supposed to do that? Please explain that.
Third, some even want to ban contraceptives and birth control too, which if that happened would mean more unwanted pregnancies and more needs for abortions or more unwanted babies. Again, just more extreme levels of stupid.
I’m sure the next stupid arguement will be “derp, just move to a blue state”, which I will refer you back to #1 where a lot of these people can’t just afford to up and do that.

Clearly you believe it is NOT a human baby. None of the people protesting believe it is a human baby. No one who has had an abortion believes it’s a human baby.

Don't be surprised if the Feds decide to open Military medical installations to any of the general public who want an abortion in a state where they can't get it.

The military isn't a public health group. a civilian does not have access to the base, at least the ones i have been near. would they risk the security of the base to allow access to kill children? do the states have standing in that case? having ruled that the federal government doesn't have authority on the issue, can the federal government utilize its bereaucracy to supply this? would that be the opportunity to eliminate the bereaucracy (which is unconstitutional in my opinion)? i am happy of the results as the closer decisions get to the people, the better they decisions will be, but this isn't over. having ignored 200 years of common law to decide it did nothing to solve the issue. overturning it 50 years later hasn't decided it either. the country continues to drift from the founding, more voters are ignorant on the reason it is the way it is, therefore, it will continue to move away from common law, constitutions and all those other inconveniences associated with rule of law....

Birth control doesn’t always work in any form… INCLUDING CONDOMS. You can have responsible sex and still get pregnant.
I’ve been having sex with the say woman for over a year now. The sex is amazing and condoms suck. No I’m not going to wear one every time that we have sex, I put one on for about 5 whole minutes the first time and then off it came because they fucking suck. Haven’t put one on since and I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve pulled out because nutting in there feels way fucking better. She’s on birth control because we don’t want to bring a kid into this shitty fucking world. Some states want to outlaw birth control too and if the religious nuts get there way that will happen. That’s what you took from that? You can want to spend the rest of your life with someone and not want to procreate. We enjoy going places and having fun without whining screaming children. We simply don’t want kids and if we want to have sex without having kids that’s absolutely our right to do so and I don’t give a flying fuck if you or anyone else agrees with it or not.

The ruling is a win/win, and if you like abortion or not, is power back to the people. People can choose to live where abortion will not only be legal, but enthusiastically celebrated, expanded and paid for by (one way or another) taxpayers. But don't worry, companies will also pay for them.
States who's citizens prefer differently and either make it completely illegal, or put restrictions (a majority of people support restrictions), can also get what they want.
If moving is not economically feasible, then I suppose one will need to decide what is more important to them. Put simply, where there is a will, there is a way. You may not get what you wish immediately, but through perseverance, sacrifice (and given time), I have no doubt you can make the dreams come true.

Abortion should never be a form of birth control, it should be a difficult decision based on the seriousness of the act. When the SCOTUS ruling transfers abortion laws for the states to decide and states all out ban them in every circumstance and some states even make it illegal to go across state lines for it, then yes that right is lost. You seriously can't be so fucking stupid that you can't understand this.
