Which suppressor did you go with to actually quiet it down a good bit. With a 7.5” barrel on a 5.56 I figured it’d still be a cannon even with the suppressorWorked out GREAT ... got the one below, and it came with a barrel nut (extra $4.99) that worked perfectly. Now my Saint Pistol has plenty of room for my suppressor, and it shoots quietly and accurately. One of my favorites. Also had to buy a special barrel nut wrench to remove the stock nut. The SilencerCo Chimera-300 ... it's terrific. I have ASR brakes on all my rifles (5.56, 300-BLK, 6.5-CM, 300-WM, 308-Win) and it just pops on and off all of them. I bring welding gloves to the range to take it on and off (and back on) even when it's hot. I have 7 suppressors, and two of them are Chimera-300's ... definitely my favorite multi-caliber can. (Photo of my "Can Briefcase" is below.)
You'll find that even on a short barrel, it's got great sound suppression and recoil mitigation. Even on my 300-WinMag ... it's damn near hearing safe. That said, anybody that shoots anything without hearing protection, is asking for hearing loss eventually ... except 22's, and subsonics like 300-BLK. I have an Adams Arms 300-BLK pistol that I shoot subsonic, and it's super quiet. The only things that hear it on my ranch ... are the Rock-Chucks ... just before they die.
One you might want to look at is the SC Omega 36M ... modular, multi-caliber, works on pistols too. I just got mine and I'm liking it a lot so far. If you want to suppress literally "everything", it's a great option. Rifles only ... then the Chimera-300.

I bought that tool after I saw your post. Just didn't know how to use it. Thanks for the info!I removed the Saint barrel nut and used the barrel nut that came with the SLR hand-guard. You need that special barrel nut tool from BCM to get the Saint barrel nut off. It's really hard to remove, but I was able to get it off using that tool and a long breaker bar.

I bought the SiCo Saker ASR556K can with the Dead air key mo charlie mount. I'd like to use my factory handguard, so your option would be better for me. Please keep me posted.For anyone curious, I have one of these 7.5" pistols with the 8.5" handguard, and I'm working with a company that makes custom muzzle brakes and suppressor mounts, and they said they could and would be willing to make one for me, that is slightly extended in length to be able to clear the factory handguard to allow me to run my Dead Air cans with KeyMo mounts, without any modifications, but installing the new extended length KeyMount brake.
Once I get mine made, and get permission to announce who it is that is making it (VERY renowned company), if it is a popularly requested item, it might become one of their stocking items, and they might make more of them. So, just posting this up for any SAINT VICTOR 7.5" pistol owners in the future, who are wanting to suppress their gun without having to replace the handguard, and modify anything, other than swapping out the muzzle device.
Also, incase anyone is curious, the Dead Air Sandman series and the Nomad-30 and Nomad-L do not have barrel length ratings for 5.56. The Sandman would be the heavier duty option with the solid stellite baffle stack that can handle full-auto SBR's in 5.56. The Nomad cans can also handle it, it's just recommended that you time your shots about a 1-2 seconds apart, and don't do any full-auto, binary, echo, or mag-dumps.

Ok, thanks. I spoke to Capitol Armory this morning and Jorge stated that this wasn't a good option because it's a Dead air product and likely won't be from hardened steel. Said there'd be license infringement on behalf of any other company if they make one that fits the Dead air mount, so they can't market them. Makes sense, but I'm still interested if it works for you.

And YES, they can market them. I don't know for certain, but they might actually be the company that makes ALL the mounts FOR Dead Air in the first place?
I wouldn't be surprised. So, you have nothing to worry about, with the product being legit and correct. They're a very well-known and legit company that's been around forever, I just can't announce who it is right now, because I don't want them to get bombarded with phone calls and emails about it. I understand. Did they give you any kind of time frame? I may just use the SLR handguard until the other option comes available and I can switch it out. No, they didn't. I did tell him that my stamps should be back by May, so hopefully before then.
I didn't remove mine, but I've built lots of AR's... Are you talking about the barrel nut that holds the barrel in the upper receiver? If so, then it shouldn't affect how it sounds at all... Any time you remove and reinstall the barrel, I'd re-check your zero to make sure your optic is still on.

You don't need any adapters, you just need the extended mount. It will be 1 solid CNC machined piece for consistence and concentricity, just like a regular KeyMount Brake, just a longer distance from the thread to the locking lugs. If you try to use an adapter, you're likely to have issues. That's why this mount is being made by a professional company that builds and designs such things.

How is the gas tube in the way? We're talking about swapping out the big round compensator on the OTHER end of the barrel...The muzzle end, where the bullets come out...
I have some experience and I've changed alot of parts out, but nothing like this. Just been trying to research and do as much as possible by myself. But I don't want to mess anything up. I believe I'll take it to the gunsmith when my flash hider arrives and just let him do it all.
). And I've been running Rainier Arms barrels for years. Amazing quality. I've heard a lot of bad about BCA, so I'd personally steer-clear of them. Then again, how accurate can a 7.5" 5.56 actually be, and how far are you realistically going to shoot with one...
